carbon paper days. repeat the image of the one before them. pearl jam social commentary clashses with tool fetishes in a battlefront of discontentment.
too much metaphor leaves me feeling it's unreal. and not enough, that's it's cheap.
maybe life is just a long metaphor for who you've been. will it rhyme poetic. will it stick with them. remains to be seen.
will another bottle infect this blood. of course it will. of that i'll make sure. will another day change anything other than numbers. of course not, but who's keeping score.

i think it would be nice to be fragile. then maybe once in a while someone would
be gentle
i feel so lost, especially when the sun shines, that
it accentuates how dark, how dark is my life.
